Axcess Integrative Chiropractic Care Memberships
We created these memberships to make it easy for you to have quality chiropractic care on a monthly basis. Axcess to integrative chiropractic care can help reduce pain and discomfort while alleviating stress and tension. These memberships make it easy to take care of your health so you can continue to enjoy doing all the things you love.
Memberships are based on a 6-month minimum. If you want to cancel your membership before 6 months it will include a $75 cancelation fee. Services do not roll over month to month.

Basic Membership – Chiropractic & Acupuncture
This is a Basic Membership and includes discounts on Chiropractic & Acupuncture only.
This membership is a Monthly Membership and costs $60 per month. Each month the membership includes 2 services. These services include chiropractic or acupuncture. After the 2 services, additional Chiropractic or Acupuncture visits cost $25 per service.
Advantage Membership – Chiropractic, Acupuncture, & Massage
The Advantage Memberhship includes 2 Chiropractic or Acupuncture services and a 1 Hour Massage. After this is used in the memberhsip cycle Additional Chiropractic or Acupuncture costs $25 per service. Massage costs $43 for a 1 Hour Massage.

Family Advantage Membership – Chiropractic, Acupuncture, & Massage
The Family Advantage Memberhship includes 4 Chiropractic or Acupuncture services and a 1 Hour Massage. After this is used in the membership cycle Additional Chiropractic or Acupuncture costs $25 per service. Massage costs $43 for a 1 Hour Massage.

How long does my membership last?
Each membership is a recurring monthly membership. These memberships will continue until you cancel. If you cancel before 6 months there is a $75 cancelation fee.
After 6 months there is no fee to cancel.
Can I transfer my membership to another person?
There is no transferring of memberships.
A Family Membership, however, can be shared with multiple members of the same family. (Same household, Parents & Children under 26)
