Hello patients, friends, and family, our team at Axcess Accident Center is taking the coronavirus pandemic seriously and want you to all know that we are working to take all precautions necessary to protect you and ourselves.
What we are doing to be safe:
We have increased sanitization between treating patients, put air purifiers in our clinics, we are using best practices including social distancing and using hand sanitizer or washing hands between each patient. We are asking specific questions to screen each patient and reschedule patients who have any signs or symptoms.
We ask each patient and team member these questions:
- Have you experienced any change in your health?
- Have you had a cough, fever, runny nose, tiredness, or difficulty breathing?
- Any change in your sense of smell or taste?
- Have you been around anyone who is showing any of the above signs or symptoms?
If you answered yes to any of these please call us before coming in or call to request a TeleMed visit so we can further evaluate and continue with your treatment.
TeleMed Options Available
We are implementing TeleMed abilities at all four of our locations, which include Spanish Fork, Provo, American Fork, and West Valley. We are asking that if you have ANY of the signs or symptoms that you request a TeleMed appointment. These appointments will be done by video and it is extremely simple to use as long as you have a phone with the internet.
In a TeleMed session, we will provide stretches, exercises, and an evaluation as we strive to make sure you get help and assistance during these ever-changing times.
Call When You Arrive to Support Social Distancing
If you are getting treatment inside our clinic, you are welcome to call when you arrive and wait in your car to increase social distancing. We will call you and have you come in and go directly to your treatment room to limit your exposure to people. This helps us to comply with the CDC and government guidelines related to social distancing.
We have a commitment to our patients to provide top-level care with safety at the forefront of our encounters. We believe with TeleMed we can listen to our patient’s concerns and needs while providing education and healing through this new approach.
We love being a part of your recovery and hope you continue to trust us as you have in the past. Please reach out to your local clinic or call 801-701-8222 and select the clinic nearest to you to serve your needs.
We look forward to everyone being healthy and returning to what was the previous normal in our lives. Please remember to wash your hands often, keep your social distance, eat healthy, and when possible help those around you. We know by serving others we will all get through this.
Thanks for being part of our Axcess Accident Center family. If you have any questions please contact us here.
