Dr. Andrew White with Axcess Accident Center:

Has completed over 62 hours of intense trainings and examinations regarding Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC) Occupant Injuries (MVCOI). This undertaking was voluntarily chosen to help his/her patients. Dr. White is  MVCOI certified in the state of Utah and one a few in the entire nation. MVCOI certification is offered by the leader of the industry by the prestigious Personal Injury Training Institute established in 1996. You may find the extensive list of classes and course work completed by Dr. White here.

Motor Vehicle Crash Dynamics

This one of a kind specialized trainings included hours of crash videos. Crash videos ranging from real world crashes with human occupants. Many research crash videos with humans and anthropomorphic dummies. Many videos were taken with high-speed research cameras taking 500 photos per second. This type of detail helps professionals’ study and understand injury potentials from real measured forces. A variety of crash type are studied in the trainings including, frontal, side, and rear collisions. Airbag, rollover, vaults, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian events are reviewed. This helps direct a doctor to look for and find injuries.

Lower energy crashes with none to minimal vehicle property damage, document large forces to bodies of human volunteers. These crash forces injure thousands of crash victims daily. Dr. White understands in detail MVCOI’s and can present compelling reports and testimony of patient injuries. Not only covering issues related to healthcare, but also having extensive trainings in Automobile Crash & Reconstruction & Biomechanics.

Dr. White has studied the most common injuries and associated diagnosis due to motor vehicle collisions. This information leads to appropriate impairment ratings performed by Dr. White.

Unfortunately, automobile insurance companies use systems that underhandedly take advantage of injured individuals. Dr. White is aware of the most common of these unfair tactics and can address responses in a precise scientific, and medical way. The most common tactic the insurance company use is the line that the “patient received too many visits”. Dr. White has been trained and uses national treatment protocols for the cases he is involved in. By using the right standards, he/she solves the most common denial of automobile insurance carriers.

These carriers approach far too many cases as deceitful claimants. Certainly, there are those that try to cheat the systems. The actual numbers are few. Dr. White is trained to look for malingerers in each case. The doctor is also trained in advanced malingering and biopsychosocial topics. By looking for and discovering untruthful patients they can be exposed and eliminated so proper care and attention can be devoted to truly injured occupants.

Dr. White knows how to look for and find objective evidence of injuries from MVC’s. Then causally relate those injuries to specific events and report their findings. By performing appropriate examination procedures and testing will lead to prescribing necessary diagnostic tests. Radiographs, CT, MRI scans and many other tests may then be ordered to determine the magnitude of patient’s injuries. This information can be shared with the patient letting them know and understand injuries. This also leads to providing the right kind and number of treatments.

Patients and clients who use doctors and attorneys who are motor vehicle collision occupant injuries certified can have greater confidence in the professionals who help them with their personal injury cases. Dr. White is exceptionally trained and willing to offer these extraordinary skills to help make a noticeable difference.
